Code Blue will be in effect on Wednesday November 19th. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8pm – 10pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
