The City of Lockport and GAR Associates have teamed up for an Equity Improvement Project. This means we are updating our inventory and records to ensure everyone is being assessed fairly. When the Assessors records are not accurate everyone pays the price. A large part of the process is transparency. We want you to know why we update our records and how we use the information.
