Notice that the City of Lockport Community Development Program, intends to request that an exception to the conflict of interest guidelines, be initiated by the NYS Office of Community Renewal to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The conflict of interest is: A relative of two City of Lockport employees, Jessica Mullane, wishes to apply for a HOME Program down payment assistance grant, administered by the City of Lockport. The exception sought: The person named above is a member of a group or class of low-income persons intended to be the beneficiaries of the assisted activity and the exception will permit such person to retrieve generally the same interests or benefits as are being made available to the group or class
