Courtesy of a generous donation by local resident Laurie Garver George, and the VFW Auxiliary Post 2535, the City of Lockport will again host the annual Easter Egg Hunt for children. This year’s hunt will be held on Saturday, April 8 at 11am at Outwater Park.
Kenneth Ozimek (‘Dynamite Doc’) will provide music. Local residents are encouraged to participate in this family-friendly event, which will feature a visit from the Easter Bunny. Our Lockport Police and Fire Departments will be in attendance, as well.
Grand Prizes will be awarded to children ages 3-13 who find the ‘special eggs’, but everyone will receive a nice surprise inside the eggs they find, as well as a little something to take home.
