Code Blue will be in effect from Wednesday, February 8, 2023 through Thursday. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing overnight. Mayor Roman has called for Code Blue to continue through 8 am on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8 pm – 10 pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
