Code Blue will continue to be in effect from Wednesday, March 20, 2024, through Monday. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period. Mayor Lombardi has called for Code Blue to continue through 8 am on Monday, March 25, 2024.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8 pm – 10 pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
