Code Blue will be in effect tonight, Monday April 7th through Wednesday April 9th. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period. Mayor Lombardi has called for Code Blue to continue through 8am on Thursday morning, April 10th.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8pm – 10pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
