Code Blue will be in effect from Thursday December 19th through Monday December 23rd, 2024. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period. Mayor Lombardi has called for Code Blue to continue through 8 am on Monday morning December 23rd.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8 pm – 10 pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
