Code Blue will be in effect from Wednesday December 11th through Friday December 13th, 2024. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period. Mayor Lombardi has called for Code Blue to continue through 8 am on Saturday morning December 14th.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8 pm – 10 pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
