Code Blue will be in effect tonight, Wednesday 1/21 and tomorrow 1/22. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8pm – 10pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
