Code Blue will be in effect from Thursday, December 8, 2022 through Saturday. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period. Mayor Roman has called for Code Blue to continue through 8 am on Saturday, December 9, 2022.
Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8 pm – 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday nights, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
