Code Blue will be in effect beginning the night of Wednesday, November 30, 2022 through Friday. Overnight temperatures are forecast below freezing throughout the period. Mayor Roman has called for Code Blue to continue through 8 am on Friday, December 2, 2022.
Any homeless person or individual without heat should report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
