Water Administration Office
The City of Lockport Water Administration Office is responsible for metered water management, including scheduling of meter installations when starting service and final meter inspection and removal when service is terminated. The office also handles requests for service issues or repairs, when necessary.
To set up an initial installation or to speak with someone regarding a service concern, contact the Water Administration Office at 716.439.6678.
For emergency water issues outside of normal business hours, call the Lockport Police Department at 716.433.7700.
