The City of Lockport is sponsoring a free informational Red Cross program – Citizen Preparedness Corps training program (Prepare, Respond, Recover) and what to do when a disaster strikes – at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019 at Lockport City Hall, 1 Locks Plaza, Lockport, NY 14094.
A speaker from the American Red Cross will conduct a 1- to 1.5-hour session of the Citizen Preparedness Corps training program which provides a comprehensive overview on how to prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural and man-made disasters.
Representatives from the City of Lockport Building Inspection, Fire and Police departments will be on hand for any further questions.All those that attend the presentation will receive a certificate of completion.
