The City Assessor is reminding all city residents that real property exemption applications are due to the Assessor’s Office by Friday March 1, 2024.
This includes all new Enhanced STAR applications, new veteran’s applications, Senior Citizen and Disabled applications. Exemptions will be accepted at the Assessor’s Office M-F from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM. The after-hours drop box is also available at the front door of City Hall. No applications will be accepted after 4:30 PM on Friday March 1.
