The Common Council of the City of Lockport, New York has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, August 18th at 5:30 pm in the Common Council Chambers at One Locks Plaza, Lockport, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen comments regarding community needs and the possibility of submitting a NYS CARES Act – Public Facilities/lnfrastructure application for eligible organizations regarding the Public Facilities portion of the CARES Act administered by the State’s Office of Community Renewal.
