The City of Lockport has released an approved Memorandum of Understanding relative to city restaurants and outdoor dining.
Mayor Michelle Roman and the Lockport Common Council are to be commended for working swiftly to assist local restaurants in the City of Lockport as they begin welcoming back their customers to an outdoor, sit-down dining experience.
Please note that restaurants’ outdoor seating areas in the city right of way – or on city property – must first be approved by the building inspector before filing a certificate of insurance with the city clerk.
