In preparation for any weather related concerns which may have an impact on the City of Lockport and the Refuse pickup – Modern Disposal will be starting the refuse pick up an hour early on Friday, November 18, 2022.
If the employees have to end their shift and stop collecting due to weather, there will be a double-collection on the next scheduled pick up.
For the Thanksgiving Holiday, garbage collection will be as follows:
Normal Pick Up Day Holiday Pick Up Day
Thursday, November 24th Friday, November 25th
Friday, November 25th Saturday, November 26th
